     At Rising Tide Home Inspection, our mission is to provide more than just home inspections and reports, anyone can do that.  Our goal is to help you make sense of your purchase by giving you peace of mind through unbiased verbiage so you know exactly what to do.  We are there for you even after the inspection because we believe the customer matters and we are willing to do the right thing.  We believe in doing the hard tasks that others won't.  Rain or Shine , Cold or Heat, we perform the tasks that you pay for .          INTEGRITY MATTERS!!!

Our Founder:

Hello, my name is Neal Frechette, the owner and operator of Rising Tide Home Inspection.  Both my wife and I are former X-ray techs and were working at OHSU until leaving in June of 2020.  After many years of working for someone else, we made a decision to reinvent ourselves and re-train as a home inspector and realtor, respectively. Now, with our new careers in hand, we are ready to serve our customers and provide the best quality service possible.  We both have a passion for customer service and service excellence; our customers are out number one priority.
