I use thermal imaging, continuous carbon monoxide and humidity monitoring as part of my standard home inspection, without additional charge.  I believe adding this service to my inspections provides my clients with the best and most comprehensive information on a prospective property.  After all, buying a home can be a stressful experience, so it is my job not only to provide a compete thorough inspection, but peace of mind as well.
